I’m glad you posted these — I’m also glad that that you’re getting to feel like “one of the gang”!

These workshops take a toll on a lot of people… some folks simply don’t value or can’t handle the deep looks into individual experiences. You have demonstrated an uncommon ability to listen to people’s real-life experiences and extract the underlying lesson/principle/consideration and state it in a simple way that even folks who haven’t heard the stories can understand and apply. I’m certain that skill will serve you and any team you are on well throughout your career.
