I&#039;ve said it before and I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll say it many times again -- Everything you write, every question you ask, and every comment you share proves several things:

1) We &quot;super-geek, mega-experienced, hyper-studied testers&quot; are not living out in some fantasy world that only we can understand.

2) All testers need to keep up with the so-called &quot;thought-leaders&quot; is a passion for testing and an open mind.

3) No matter how many years/experiences our junior, you belong every bit as much as the rest of us.

Keep up the blogging - Your voice will have more influence with more people than I suspect you can currently imagine.
